Meet Our Crew


Cagney achieved her culinary degree from

Johnson & Wales, here in Denver.

She loves all food,

she believes in high quality products,

and is always trying new recipes

and fusion southern cooking.

She grew up in a small town, 

outside of Atlanta, Georgia


We are proud to be a local,

family run business!

Our two children, Jillian (12) & Gunnar (6),

often help us with events.

Together we make a great combination of 

organization and creativity.

We have hosted events from 10-10,000,

ranging from basic drop-off caterings

to elaborate BBQ festivals with live entertainment.


Erik graduated from

Texas Tech University with a degree in

Restaurant & Hospitality Management.

He has a true passion for Street Food and BBQ.

He would tend to the smoker 24/7

if he didn't need sleep.
